the way i see it is, if somebody joins and they aren't that good it doesn't mean you should just kick them out, you should spent time helping them get faster because it will make you feel better knowing you have helped somebody and they will like you for it and probably stay on with the team much longer than somebody you have just picked because they are fast

don't worry about your times at the moment. You joined this month so your times are about right for somebody that has been playing that long, all you need is practice

are the front lights a different texture to XF interior 1?

well... i've been following the 3d tutorial in the manual and have done everyting it has said but i have a slight problem. The front lights are blank, all the other lights are fine, it's just the front ones. i would really appreciate it if you could help me out
